Chances Casino Kelowna has made the difficult decision to permanently discontinue Bingo operations.
This decision has not been made lightly. After decades of gradually declining attendance and two years of closure during the pandemic, a full time Bingo operation is unfortunately no longer viable for Chances Casino Kelowna.
I’m proud to have been a part of the Bingo world in Kelowna since opening the Kelowna Bingo Palace at Blue Heights Park in 1985. We’ve had some incredible Bingo events over the past 35 years. Seeing Bingo unable to re-open is very difficult and I know many people will be very upset not to see it return to Chances Casino Kelowna. The past 2 years have seen many casualties in the business world and Bingo at Chances is now one of them.
Chances Casino Kelowna is fortunate to have been able to survive the 16-month closure and has re-emerged looking different than when it closed on March 16, 2020. We will continue to work hard to provide a Community Gaming Entertainment Centre for all to enjoy in a safe and responsible environment.

If your bingo bucks expired in 2020, we are honouring them as Chances Bucks. That means they will be valid for lottery and Chips Café purchases as well as free slot play redemption.
In order to facilitate the giveaways and create larger prizes, we have combined the following jackpots:
Each pot was also seeded with additional funds.
There are currently no plans to reopen bingo.
We currently have no plans to open a new bingo hall in Kelowna.
Upon reopening following our 16-month closure, Chances was faced with obstacles such as social distancing requirements and indoor event restrictions. For this reason, bingo remained closed and the space was utilized for slots in order to support the only offering we had at the time.
Fast forward a year later, and these restrictions are no longer in place. Unfortunately, in that year we were unable to build our staff back up to the level required to operate a bingo hall of our size. When combined with the gradually declining attendance bingo has seen in recent years and 2 years of lost bingo revenue, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue our bingo operations permanently.
